Call for papers - LIBRARY HACKS - Hack (noun) a clever solution to a tricky problem

Wednesday 26th October at the Brisbane Square Library

 

 

ALIA Queensland would like to hear from you if you are interested in presenting a paper, workshop or other interactive activity at the 2016 Library Hacks Mini Conference. 

Submissions should be made by completing the online form by 16 September 2016.


Submissions will need to reflect the LIBRARY HACKS theme and may include the following ideas:


Digital Transformation

Disruptive technologies

New generation gallery/library/archive/museums

Service innovation

Mashups and apps

Real solutions to real problems


Naturally you are not limited to these suggestions, the only limit is your own experience and imagination! 


Please send us an outline (no more than 200 words) of either:

  • A 15 minute presentation
or
  • A 30 minute workshop or other interactive activity




Selected speakers will be advised by 7th October 2016.
